The HHA Consulting division is split into two main areas:

Air Safety

HAA provides discreet and independent Military & Civil Aviation Consultancy specialising in the assessment and implementation of Safety Management Systems covering all aspects of aircraft maintenance, operation, logistics, etc.

HHA Consulting adopts a process based approach to the design and implementation of a Safety Management Plan (SMP). This ensures that a systematic, explicit, comprehensive and proactive process is applied to the management of integrated risk across the operational, technical and personnel aspects of the company.

The aim of the SMP is to provide a documented procedure which details measures for the control and management of risks associated with the airworthiness and safety of clients operations and its aircraft fleet. It is designed to cover all aspects of a clients operation, and its organisational structure which includes flying operations, equipment, engineering practices and procedures as well as the personnel / human resource elements. Paramount is the promotion & fostering of a safety culture through the use of current and applicable best demonstrated practice.

System Evaluation

Discreet and Independent Aircraft & Aircraft System Evaluation. HHA employs exceptionally experienced ETPS qualified Test Pilots to assist in the evaluation of complete aerial platforms and any sub-systems or modifications thereto. Applications have ranged from the design of and participation in flight test programmes for X35, Typhoon, Tornado, Harrier and Hawk to Man Machine Interface assessments of new communication equipment and weapons integration & release trials.
